At Mattress DEDE, your comfort matters. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and have time to adjust to your new mattress.
120-Night Comfort Exchange
We offer a comfort exchange period of up to 120 days on select mattresses.*
This gives you time to sleep on your new mattress and make sure it’s the right fit for your comfort and support needs.
How It Works
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to exchange your mattress for a different model within the 120-day period.*
Our team will work with you to help find a better fit based on your preferences.
Important Notes
- Comfort exchanges apply to select mattresses only*
- A minimum break-in period may be required before initiating an exchange*
- One exchange per purchase
- Price differences may apply if selecting a different model
- Delivery or pickup fees may apply for exchanges*
- The mattress must be in clean, undamaged condition
Exclusions
Certain products may not be eligible for comfort exchange, including but not limited to:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Floor models
- Adjustable bases, foundations, and accessories
